This policy explains how Pinegrass Technologies Private Limited processes information when you use Tegq’s web and mobile applications.
Information we process
We process account details, authentication identifiers, content you choose to capture, files you upload, generated briefs, actions, dates, Spaces, device notification tokens and technical service logs.
How we use information
We use this information to provide capture, organisation, search, reminders, support, security and account administration; to generate requested AI-assisted briefs; and to maintain and improve service reliability.
AI processing
Content submitted for briefing may be sent to configured AI service providers solely to generate the requested output. Generated information can be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked against the original.
Sharing and service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, storage, messaging, analytics and AI providers as processors where needed to operate Tegq. We do not sell personal information or publish private captures as a social feed.
Retention and control
You can choose whether original material is retained or only generated context is kept. Settings provide data export and account-deletion controls. Limited records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport and platform security measures appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security; contact us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern about our handling of your information.
Children
Tegq is a productivity service not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
